Papa Noel, Pirogue on the Bayou. Late at night on Christmas eve, under a full moon, Papa Noel, the Cajun Santa Claus is cruising through the bayou with his trusty alligator steeds. Swift and silent, stopping by all of the good Cajun homes, bearing Christmas presents of pralines, boudin, and shrimp boots. Ai-eeeee!
